Sally is the principal liason person between ASONG and its main sponsor, APRA.
She has worked with APRA|AMCOS for over 25 years and is currently Director, Member Services; a position held since 1996.
She is responsible for managing all aspects of APRA’s relationship with its members, and those of AMCOS.
Since the idea of combining the leading Australian songwriting organisations under one umbrella group was floated around four years, Sally has provided a positive and supportive energy toward ASONG becoming a realised goal by its member associations.
Regardless of the size of the challenge or the idea, Sally gives her all to make happen what she can for the APRA members she represents and, in this case, the association which she has helped make happen.
The Board members of ASONG have yet to stump her with a challenge that she cannot meet.
Sally is also a Director of S.A.L. (Support Act Ltd - a music industry benevolent society) and a Director of the Australian Music Centre (A.M.C).
She is passionate about Australian music, and in her own words, "...dabbles in song writing and plays guitar (badly)".
